“Learn with it, Leave with it”
Excellence in education requires that technology is seamlessly integrated throughout the educational curricula. Increasing access to technology is essential to build upon college and career readiness skills. The individual use of Chromebooks is a way to empower students to maximize their full potential and to prepare them for college and the workplace. With this vision for technology integration in mind, Greeneview High School students will be issued a Chromebook in a new one-to-one technology plan this year.
In order to receive their device, the students and parents must sign the last two pages of this handbook. Freshmen will receive their device this week at Freshmen Orientation on Friday, August 10th. read the handbook to learn about the program and bring a signed copy of the consent forms this week week. If you do not have a printer at home, forms can be picked up at the high school the day of orientation. Sophomores through seniors will receive their devices once school beings.
