Greeneview Local Schools has implemented a new system through OneView forms for the 2018-2019 school year. This process will change the way we ask for your assistance in the yearly updating of your child’s demographic, medical, and other information. OneView will be used by parents/guardians to replace the paper forms that were distributed in prior school years. This process will reduce the amount of duplicative paperwork for parents/guardians with multiple children and will provide the District with up-to-date information in a timely fashion.
The information contained in the online forms helps ensure that we have the most up to date information pertaining to your child. In addition, should any information pertaining to your child change throughout the school year, we ask that you update the information using the OneView system. Change in custody or residency can be reported through OneView but supporting documentation will need to be provided to the Principal's office in order to make the changes official. Paper forms will not be distributed or collected from this point forward. All information should be submitted prior to September 3, 2018 through OneView.
Each building will provide access to computers during Open House for parents who do not have a computer at home or require assistance. Parents will need to know their child's studen identification number in order to sign up in the system. That number can be found on report cards, on the home screen of the Parent Progress Book portal, or by contacting your child's office staff.
