2013-2014 School Year

For children age 5 on or before September 30

When:       Tuesday, April 16           1 PM to 7 PM
                  Wednesday, April 17      1 PM to 7 PM

What to Bring:       Your child’s Official Birth Certificate
                                Health and Shot Records
                                Custody Papers (if applicable)

Your child does not need to be present at registration.  You will be given a screening appointment at time of registration.
