First Grade students at Greeneview Elementary recently celebrated their annual Thanksgiving Feast on Tuesday, November 26. The feast is a culminating activity for a study the students have done. Topics in that unit of study include the Wampanoag Indians, Squanto, the Pilgrims and their journey from England on the Mayflower.
We are thankful to the parents for all their assistance. Many parents provided food and some also helped serve at the feast.
We are thankful for all the work our teachers did to help our students be able to understand and enjoy this event. Our first grade teachers are Mrs. Coates, Miss Genesi, Mrs. Hogston, Mrs. Lucas, Mrs. Mayes, Mrs. Snively.
